Duties & Taxes — United States All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are fully covered by Rosepetals Luxe for US orders. Orders are delivered using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — your order arrives at your doorstep with no additional charges. Our team manages import processing, customs clearance, and all related fees for a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. For US orders, duties and taxes are included in the shipping costs shown at checkout.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
United States Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 10-12 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders above $199

Canada Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- VAT and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs duties and import fees may apply upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delays due to Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) clearance
India Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Free shipping on all India orders

Order Tracking Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Delivery Your package will be delivered directly to the address provided at checkout with no surprise fees. A signature may be required to ensure safe receipt of your handcrafted piece.
Delivery Issues If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@rosepetalsluxe.com
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@rosepetalsluxe.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Changes If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. Email us at support@rosepetalsluxe.com — we typically respond within 24–48 hours.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rosepetals Luxe is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Holidays & Delays Orders placed during major Indian holidays (Diwali, Holi, etc.) may experience processing or delivery delays. Orders placed during the New Year holiday period (December 31 – January 1) will be processed starting January 3.
